Did you know that Futuba is Japanese for "bud" or "sprout" and it symbolizes a continuous process? Serving Victoria for 25 years really has been a wonderful continuous process. Thank you for your support all these years. At Futaba we believe that beauty and health are the basis of Japanese food. Since 1981, we have refined our menu so that we may present to you the best healthy and attractive traditional Japanese cuisine.
